Are Helseth

Are Helseth (born 1955) is a Norwegian physician, health administrator and politician for the Labour Party. He is a deputy representative at the Parliament of Norway, representing Akershus, and meets regularly instead of Minister of Culture Anniken Huitfeldt.^[1]
